Replacements sent look exactly the same.By becoming the first company to manufacture a detachable fairing with a complete inner shell, we introduced the factory look to removable fairings, and blazed a trail in the Bagger Revolution. (photo is the old brackets, one sheared, one on the way. If you are in the market for anything they sell I would look for a company that provides products that actually work long term. I can't in good conscience recommend Tsukayu's products. My best option at this point is pull the fairing off so I can continue riding and when time permits come up with my own setup that will work without having to replace parts every few months. Tsukayu is unwilling to do either in this case. I'm of the opinion that when you buy a product that doesn't work as intended then the manufacturer should either fix the problem or replace parts that don't work as intended with something that does.
His response also means I don't have a fairing until the parts arrive and that resets the clock for the next failure out on the road. I had mentioned that the same materials would only fail again he gave the same as his previous response. I have previously contacted 'Jason' at Tsukayu as his response was that they would replace whatever breaks (unfortunately) with the same brackets and hardware originally supplied. (That made for an interesting ride home.) This morning I go to take the bike into work for a meeting and I find some of the hardware has broken this time. (company vehicle) I've already gotten one replacement set of brackets after the first set failed. I've had the fairing for a while and used to commute on it but now it gets ridden only occasionally. This issue is: poor quality/designed brackets. So the bike is a 2012 900 classic, the fairing is the one with 6x9's and an amp.
